Implements operational standards that maximize financial performance and enhance guest satisfaction. Oversees menu creation and participates in food tasting. Assists in staff recruitment and training processes. Evaluates and monitors employee performance regularly. Ensures exceptional levels of customer service; addresses guest inquiries and resolves complaints promptly. Conducts monthly inventory audits and manages purchasing orders. Maintains strict compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the restaurant.
