Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes for spa appointments. Provide information about spa services, treatments, and product offerings to guests. Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and changes, ensuring seamless operation of the spa schedule. Processing payments and handling cash transactions with accuracy. Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high standards of customer service. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role within a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
