Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and emotional well-being
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide counseling and consultation services to students, parents, and staff
  • Assist in developing IEPs and collaborate with special education teams
  • Support crisis intervention and behavioral management programs
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school environment through mental health advocacy

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology (required)
  • Active School Psychologist license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
  • Strong understanding of educational psychology, behavioral interventions, and special education processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
