Northwest Indiana Lighthouse Charter Schools is looking for a School Culture Team Member to join us!.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with school leadership team to create and manage a safe and welcoming learning environment with a culture of achievement and respect
  • Coordinate positive programs for scholars during and after-school with the Director of School Culture
  • Build a culture of achievement and respect with families, scholars and school/ network staff
  • Model professionalism at all times
  • Provide coaching and professional development on classroom management, classroom culture and Restorative Justice
  • Track and report behavioral data to monitor the social-emotional development of scholars
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide and support the creation of interventions through the Response to Intervention process

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
