• Basic Salary: UP $3K + AWS + VB
• Pioneer (Company pick up to/from Lakeside MRT)
• 5.25 Days (Monday to Friday + Saturday WFH), Office Hours

• Supporting logistics operations through order processing, permit declarations, and coordination across haulage, warehouse, and depot teams
• Preparing reports, assisting with billing documentation, and managing shipping-related paperwork
• Handle customer payments, courier services, verify shipping documentation, system updates and billing closure processes
• Coordinate with shipping lines, agents coordination, internal operations team, pickup and shipment of cargo
• Liaise with internal, external warehouse teams, operation teams to manage cargo staging and release
• Prepare customer reports, company reports, import / export reports
• Submit monthly accruals for both internal and external reporting Billing Preparation
