Requirements:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 12+ years of multi-unit mid to senior-level concept management
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with clients required
• Demonstrated ability to find solutions for customers
• Strong leadership skills required
• Understanding of how to celebrate and elevate your team
• Ability to work frugally
• Highly organized and able to communicate needs and direction clearly
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in budget and forecast planning
• Possess a proactive business acumen that can easily adjust to ever-changing sales cycles
• Ability to serve as a part of the entrepreneurial leadership team
• Enthusiastic, energetic, persuasive, competitive, and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must take ownership of your portion of the business and be self-motivated
• Contract management experience preferred
• Must be curious and never stop asking questions
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency at learning technology and software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Be hospitality focused. The guest experience is what gets you up in the morning and keeps your energy focused all day.
• Be employee experience focused. Coaching your team by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and teaching them how to reach goal.
• Be passionate about creating relationships with our clients. Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationship.
• Facilitate and support new business and retention activities
• Financial Performance - Build revenue and manage budget which includes cost controls. Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements for the region. Oversight and responsibility to deliver client and company financial targets.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for recruiting, training, and succession planning of the overall region
• Maintain relationships with the community where we serve, including professional and civic activities and public appearances
• Collaborate in sales, rebid, and retention initiatives
• Develop and be accountable for a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurt
• Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative products and services which support business development and client retention
• Manage the contract administration process including amendments and extensions
• Comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, and wage and hour
