POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This role will require someone in Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA
CGI is looking for a Strong Kafka Publisher/Kubernetes, Rest API, Python, and Oracle SQL L3/L4 candidate.

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze user requirements and define technical project scope and assumptions for
assigned tasks.
Create business and/or technical designs for new systems, and/or modifications to
existing systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
Rest API knowledge is required
Kafka Publisher/Kubernetes knowledge is required
Python Developer knowledge is required
Oracle SQL knowledge is required
Unix scripting knowledge is a plus
IBM Integration Bus or WebSphere Message Broker knowledge is a plus
Preferred Skills:
ITIL or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking and finance, healthcare) preferred.
Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools
(Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 69,700 - $173,500.
