Job Description With our Kaitātari Ukauka Cash Analyst taking extended leave we have an opening for a skilled Kaitātari Ukauka Cash Analyst to join the Z whānau in a fixed term role stating early October for seven months. Working within our Accounts Payable team In this role you will be responsible for managing cash operations, including daily bank reconciliations, payment processing, and ensuring compliance with financial controls and deadlines. You will have the opportunity to Ensure cash management activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, in alignment with established business practices and procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable team. Provide proactive support to the Accounts Payable Team Lead. Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled promptly and accurately, maintaining financial integrity and control. Qualifications What you’ll bring to Z Experience in Cash Analyst tasks, including managing cash operations, daily bank reconciliations, payment processing and monthly reporting. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring precision and reliability in all outputs. Sound judgment, relevant experience, and technical expertise to effectively identify issues, assess options, and implement practical, results-driven solutions Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships across Financial Operations and the broader finance teams.
