WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

  • University degree with technical focus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general industry preferable Aerospace and MRO
  • Strong strategic planning and business acumen with proven experience in building relationships and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel will be required at a minimum of 50%. - potential for international travel in the future
  • Fluent English skills, French and Spanish skills are beneficial
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute global / regional / local maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) account strategy, including annual revenue plan and target plan
  • Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint MRO innovation roadmap
  • Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
  • Executes and develops strategies for product / technology positioning and defines training and promotional needs with Marketing
  • Identifying market dynamics, developments/product/service expectations and translates them into business growth opportunities around MRO Aerospace
  • Builds relevant customer / market relationships and attends and supports relevant events, exhibitions, trade fairs and interactions with the governments in the region
  • Steers and support internal resources to execute account strategy
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
