QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role in the Danish FMCG sector is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with CRM systems is also valuable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Danish and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a KAM Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Key Account Managers with the day-to-day management of key customers. Your primary responsibilities will include administrative support, coordination of sales activities, and assisting in the development of long-term client strategies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, service-minded, and passionate about the confectionery industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Key Account Managers in their daily activities, including preparing presentations, sales reports, and customer data analysis.
  • Act as a link between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
  • Coordinate and support promotional activities and events, ensuring proper invoice management by verifying compliance with agreed prices, rebates, sell-out performance, and related terms.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating customer meetings, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on key tasks, deadlines, and customer requests.
