KENOSHA HUMAN DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, INC. 3536 52nd Street Kenosha, WI 53144 Division/Department: Crisis and Stabilization Services Location: KARE Center Job Title: KARE Center Assistant Program Manager Reports To: KARE Center Program Manager Type of Position: Full-time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: 40 hours per week POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for assisting the KARE Center Program Manager in tasks necessary to ensure the proper supervision and completion of daily functions of the KARE Center. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Maintain inventory and complete purchasing. a. Maintain pantry, refrigerators and freezers (food labeling, freezer prep, inventory controls) 2. Attend daily Adult Crisis debriefing as needed or as assigned. 3. Be available to staff for call-ins when the Program Manager is unavailable. 4. Provide back up to case workers for transportation of clients and provide assistance with medication fills as requested by the Program Manager. 5. Manage all Consumer Satisfaction surveys and submit to the CIC administration quarterly. 6. Maintain and monitor the electronic scanning of KARE Center client charts. 7. Enter requests for any repairs to KHDS Maintenance Tracker. 8. Maintain and monitor the electronic scanning of KARE Center client charts. 9. Maintain and ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the KARE Center. 10. Develop monthly KARE Center schedule. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a Human Services related field. 1. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in the English language 2. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with good driving record 3. Must carry own auto insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 coverage 4. Ability to maintain records and document case notes daily 5. Ability to give and accept feedback as a part of a team 6. Ability to traverse within the workspace and community frequently 7. Be willing to learn and work with the treatment philosophies 8. Bilingual in Spanish a plus 9. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds on a regular basis.
