Job Requirements 1. Scope of the role ➢ Ensure store JCMs advanced skill training and data management ➢ Regional service product repairs and modification ➢ Making store capable of handling complex service ➢ Enhance store level product modification ➢ Update stores about new collection launches and related technical updates ➢ Co-ordinate with stores for product expert initiatives 2. Job Profile ➢ Expert in complex jewelry repairs / HV product handling ➢ Advanced Skills in diamond and color stone setting ➢ Knowledge about Diamonds and Jew. Manufacturing process ➢ Communication skill ➢ Providing expert advice on jewelry products for repair / modification / maintenance ➢ Working Knowledge in Basic MS 3. Key Deliverables ➢ Complex product service / critical services ➢ Skill development of store JCM ➢ Expert in HV modifications ➢ New skills introduced ➢ Process Simplification ➢ Support in Creating MC Objection handling experts ➢ SPOC of new collection launch ➢ Modification skill set development 4. The right person ➢ Master Karigar with bench working, polishing, stone setting and finishing skills having 5 to 10 years’ experience ➢ Good knowledge of repairing / modifying gold and diamond jewelry products ➢ Good communication skills including local language ➢ Preferably 10th pass / Jewelry making course/knowledge ➢ Willingness to train the candidates ➢ Collaborate in new service trials ➢ Willingness to travel to stores & learn ➢ Customer centricity approach
