Job Description The Kasara Lounge Supervisor is a key ambassador for the hotel and the Anantara brand. He or she creates one of the most powerful first impressions to our guests. Kasara Lounge Supervisors all have a friendly and outgoing personality, and are genuinely interested in meeting and serving new guests from all over the world. The position necessitates being an information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, coordinator of activities and accountant, all performed with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness. You must remain up-to-date with current knowledge about all the hotel products, services and facilities including room types and rates, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club offerings. You will ensure that you and the team are fully compliant with all brand standards and Front Office Standard Operating Procedures. You will ensure that all guests are enjoying a positive and memorable experience. Qualifications College diploma in hotel management or related field Minimum of one-year prior experience as a Club Lounge Supervisor Previous experience in Club Lounge is required Experience with Front Office Systems Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) / additional languages are a plus. Professional appearance and demeanor Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally Company Location: Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort
