Then Kaspar Stiller Actions is right for you! Bolt Action Builder Job Summary As a Bolt Action Builder at Stiller Actions, you will help build premium custom bolt actions with precision and care. You'll work with a team dedicated to quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement, supporting shop maintenance and contributing to a safe, efficient production environment. Bolt Action Builder Responsibilities Assemble premium bolt actions and perform custom gunsmithing projects and repairs Learn and manage inventory components needed for each product Assemble small components and accessories with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop Participate in hands-on production of bolt actions All other duties assigned by management Bolt Action Builder Skills and Competencies Willingness to learn under a mentor’s direction Strong time management and attention to detail Ability to follow standard work procedures for consistent quality Positive, team-focused attitude Eagerness to improve productivity and craftsmanship Natural curiosity and interest in firearms Bolt Action Builder Qualifications High school diploma or GED required High regard for firearms safety Mechanically inclined with strong manual capabilities Appreciation for custom bolt action aesthetics and functionality Background in firearms or interest in the outdoors preferred Knowledge of the firearms industry is a plus Must sign non-compete and non-disclosure agreements Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs Must have a clean 5-year driving record Work Environment Work occurs in both indoor and outdoor settings, often in loud or varying weather conditions; facility is climate-controlled. Exposure to fumes or airborne particles may occur.
