Receptionist Job Summary The Receptionist / Office Manager serves as the first point of contact for Kaspar Outdoors while ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. This Receptionist / Office Manager role blends front-desk professionalism with administrative coordination to support leadership, employees, and visitors. Receptionist Responsibilities Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy Manage calendars, meetings, and general administrative support for leadership Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility organization Coordinate mail distribution, shipping, and internal communications Support basic HR and onboarding documentation processes Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Assist with company events and employee engagement activities All other duties as assigned by management Receptionist Skills and Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset Discretion when handling confidential information Receptionist Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred 2+ years of receptionist, office management, or administrative experience Experience supporting leadership or multi-department teams preferred Receptionist Work Environment This role operates primarily in a professional office setting with occasional interaction in light manufacturing areas.
