Rifle Technician / Packaging QA Job Summary: The Rifle Technician / Packaging QA is responsible for supporting the assembly, quality assurance, and final packaging of custom rifles. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and respect for safety and precision standards. The ideal candidate is driven to uphold the highest levels of quality in firearm assembly and presentation. Rifle Technician / Packaging QA Responsibilities: - Assist in rifle builds, including component preparation and assembly - Conduct detailed inspections to ensure quality, fit, and function - Perform final QA checks prior to packaging and shipping - Accurately document build and QA results - Package products for shipment in accordance with brand presentation standards - Maintain shop cleanliness and organization - Support shop maintenance and scheduled machine service - Adhere strictly to firearms safety protocols - All other duties as assigned by management Rifle Technician / Packaging QA Skills and Competencies: - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity - Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues - Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment - Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude - Knowledge of firearms and custom components preferred Rifle Technician / Packaging QA Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required - Experience or background in firearms, manufacturing, or similar mechanical trade preferred - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Clear 5-year driving record - Must agree to and sign non-compete and non-disclosure agreements Rifle Technician / Packaging QA Work Environment: Indoor manufacturing and assembly area with exposure to machining equipment, occasional outdoor activity, and varied temperature environments.
