Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Guests receive food that is fresh, flavorful, and flawlessly executed. You’ll be a part of a high-energy culinary team where consistency, communication, and collaboration are key.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Preparing and cooking food to exact recipe specifications
  • Ensuring station is properly stocked, organized, and clean
  • Monitoring food quality and presentation before dishes leave the kitchen
  • Supporting Team Members and communicating effectively across station
  • Following all food safety, sanitation and health code regulations
  • Collaborating with Chefs and kitchen leadership to improve processes
  • Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
