Company Description KBWS (a Bosch Company) was established in April 2015 as a Joint Venture (JV) between RBKB (50% of the shares) and KCW Corporation (50% of the shares) in Daegu, South Korea. Bosch took over 100% of the shares in June 2022 and is currently integrating the company into Bosch groups processes through a Post-Merger-Integration project. KBWS develops, manufactures and sells wiper systems, wiper arms, wiper blades as well as washer systems, generating sales of approx. 200 million Euros in 2023 with over 500 associates. Job Description Responsible for all controlling activities in the company, you will lead a team of 4 controllers. You will work closely with the head of commercial responsibility (COR) in analyzing financial performance, providing insights, and implementing programs to drive profitability. This role entails managing the financial Month-End (MBR) as well as Year-End-Closing (YEC) processes, Business Planning, Forecasting, and Budgeting by actively contributing to the steering of the company. Job Responsibilities: Lead and further develop regular internal reporting in line with the company’s organizational structure, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and clear management insights. Take ownership of the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; proactively identify risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions to ensure target achievement. Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing strategic financial guidance and challenging assumptions to improve business performance. Define, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs); ensure transparent and impactful visualization of financial and operational performance. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and insights to upper management and executive stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business recommendations. Lead ad hoc analyses on strategic topics and present findings with actionable conclusions to decision-makers. Facilitate and lead discussions with management on financial results, performance gaps, and improvement measures. Actively collaborate across departments and take a leading role in cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications University degree in Economics, Finance, Business or a related field. Fluent communication skills in Korean and English; German is an advantage, including the ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to senior management interaction (controlling or accounting background is a plus). Solid knowledge of SAP (or S/4HANA). Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-level presentations. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
