Summary: Directs and coordinates activities involved in operating merchandising services within COSTCO buildings in a defined district by personally performing the duties listed below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years related retail sales management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:

• Retail sales management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Management experience 3-5
• Multi-location management a plus.

Directly supervises over 2 employees per assigned building in defined district. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
