Description

The candidate will support HR process transformation client engagements across geographies. In this role, the individual will have an opportunity to work across a number of different projects, utilizing their knowledge and experience of the HR function and delivery of HR services and technology. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onsite engagement teams and clients. You would need knowledge and skills in HR Transformation, Target Operating Model, HR Process Designs and Workforce Experience Transformation. As an HRT Consultant, you will support in delivery of complex projects including developing key client deliverables, preparing client reports and presentations, and liaising with senior leadership and external advisors.
