Description
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end SAP S2P/MM implementation projects including planning, execution, and monitoring. Configure and optimize procurement, inventory management, and vendor management processes. Ensure integration of MM with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, and Ariba. Develop functional specifications and oversee custom developments with ABAP teams. Lead testing phases (SIT, UAT) and resolve functional issues. Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Drive process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Technology. 8–12 years of experience in SAP MM and S2P implementations with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor integration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with Ariba. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time. Preferred Skills SAP certification in MM or S2P. Experience with Ariba Network and Supplier Lifecycle Management. Knowledge of automation tools and advanced reporting techniques. Familiarity with cloud deployment and hybrid landscapes.
