In this role, you will support international KPMG teams and clients by leading high-quality execution across end-to-end client onboarding for corporate entities, while acting as a key point of contact for governance, escalations, and process oversight. In addition, you will be required to: •Manage end-to-end client onboarding activities for corporate entities, with strong hands-on experience across KYC, screening, unwrapping, and related quality review requirements •Review, approve, and provide oversight on onboarding requests, ensuring all deliverables meet internal quality standards, policy requirements, and regulatory expectations •Handle escalations and perform complex case reviews, applying sound judgment to identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate matters that require additional review or mitigation •Act as the process subject matter expert, providing guidance on onboarding workflows, risk considerations, policy interpretation, and best practices across the team •Ensure robust quality and compliance across deliverables, including assessment and documentation of adverse media, PEP, and sanctions screening results •Support stakeholder governance through regular engagement with onshore teams, effective SLA management, status reporting, and timely communication on urgent or high-risk matters •Coach and support team members by sharing technical knowledge, reviewing output, and driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement in delivery •Strong candidate profile includes experience in corporate onboarding, KYC, unwrapping, screening, adverse media review, PEP and sanctions screening, along with sound awareness of key regulatory and risk frameworks Qualifications   Mandatory  technical & functional skills •Excellent narrative writing and analytical skills with no grammatical errors •Excellent secondary research skills •Experience in Quality Review
