Job Title: Associate Consultant Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2-4 Years Job Description: 2-4 years hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow applications Develop, maintain, and execute automated (ATF) test scripts. Good to have experience in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD modules Good to have knowledge on Selenium/Playwright Automation Have experience working on agile and scrum methodology. Experience with defect management applications like HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps. Experience with developing and implementing efficient QA processes and best practices. Must be flexible to work on any project requirements and work timings. Report overall testing status back to onshore leadership. Strong oral and written communication skills
