Description

Position Overview We are looking for a progressive, passionate, and self-motivated IT professional with strong project management and technical expertise. An action-oriented, organized, adaptable candidate who exhibits good judgment and strong analytical skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment. Proven experience in all aspects of Test Automation Development, DevOps, Software Testing, Quality Assurance, and Cloud Platform Testing. Experience: 10–15 years (Manager) Qualification: * 10+ years of experience in project/program management with minimum 6 years of testing experience with Oracle ERP/HCM projects. * Minimum 3 years of experience managing people and/or processes, services, operations. * Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules, and constantly evolving requirements. Project/Program Management certification preferred. * Ability to understand the scope of project and creating proposal, planning, estimations. * Proven experience in all aspects of Automation Development, DevOps CI/CD, Software Testing and QA. * Visible leadership/managerial skills is a key factor for this position. * Experience with developing and implementing efficient QA processes and best practices. * Experience using QA metrics effectively. * Experience developing and working with onshore teams, experience engaging temporary outsource resources. * Exceptional analytical skills, excellent communication, strong team ethics, and excellent attention to detail is required. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field from an accredited college/university.

Responsibilities

The Test Manager will lead Oracle ERP/HCM testing projects, overseeing automation development, DevOps integration, and quality assurance processes. They are responsible for managing onshore and outsourced teams while ensuring project specifications are met within defined schedules.
