Description
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end SAP Central Finance implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Configure Central Finance components such as replication, mapping, and error handling. Oversee integration with source systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and non-SAP) and manage SLT for real-time data replication. Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal financial policies. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Lead testing phases (SIT, UAT) and resolve integration issues. Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders. Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies. Mentor team members and ensure adherence to best practices in Central Finance operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology. 8–12 years of experience in SAP Finance modules with at least 3 years in Central Finance and leadership roles. Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and integration with other modules (MM, SD). Experience with SLT configuration and data replication. Understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills SAP certification in Central Finance or S/4HANA Finance. Experience with AIF (Application Interface Framework) for error handling. Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies. Familiarity with cloud deployment and hybrid landscapes.
