Description

Key Responsibilities 1. SAP EAM Leadership Own and lead the SAP EAM/PM solution and roadmap. Guide teams on best practices for maintenance and asset management. 2. Solution Design & Improvement Design, configure, and enhance SAP EAM/PM modules. Improve maintenance planning, work management, and asset lifecycle processes. 3. Project & Implementation Management Lead SAP EAM/S/4HANA implementation, upgrades, or process improvement projects. Coordinate with IT, consultants, and business teams. 4. Business Collaboration Work with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and IT to understand needs and deliver solutions. Ensure effective user adoption and training. 5. Data & Compliance Maintain high-quality asset and maintenance master data. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards. 6. Team Support Mentor SAP EAM analysts and support teams. Build capabilities within the organization. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP PM/EAM knowledge. Experience leading SAP implementation or enhancement projects. Good understanding of maintenance processes and asset management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP EAM/PM certification. Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Project management certification (optional)
