Configure IBP modules: Demand Planning (DP) Supply Planning S&OP Response & Supply Inventory Optimization (IO) Control Tower Develop and maintain planning operators, key figures, time profiles, master data, and planning views. Build and maintain CPI‑DS / CI‑DS integration with S/4HANA or ECC. Facilitate workshops with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into IBP configurations. Conduct UAT, cutover preparation, and hypercare support. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain, IT, Manufacturing, and Finance. Provide production support and continuous process improvement post‑go‑live. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field. 3–8+ years of experience as an SAP IBP Consultant (or as required). Hands‑on expertise in at least two IBP modules. Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (Demand, Supply, S&OP). Experience in CPI‑DS/CI‑DS Integration and data modeling. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and operator logic. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA. SAP IBP Certification. Exposure to Forecasting Algorithms, Statistical Models, Machine Learning, or Predictive Planning. Experience working in Agile project environments. Industry experience (CPG, Pharma, Manufacturing, Automotive, Hi‑Tech) is a plus.
