What you will be doing: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate screenings. Support HR team members in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, social gatherings, and recognition programs. Assist with new employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions, and coordinating training sessions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other HR systems. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Support HR team members in conducting research and analysis for HR projects and initiatives. Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters. Assist with the coordination and delivery of training and development programs. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership. What we are looking for: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
