As a Junior Analyst at Kearney SEA, you'll join lean, hands-on teams that co-create and implement solutions with our clients. From day one, you'll work across Southeast Asia markets alongside client operations, gaining responsibility quickly and seeing your data and analysis turn into results on the ground. Key responsibilities Support project workstreams and teams (as needed), working alongside the client to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions. Ensure the success of projects to complete tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies. Assist the firm’s business development through generating proposals. Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles. Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.
