Kearney, Kearney Transformation Studio, Product Analyst Full-time Mumbai – New Delhi – Bengaluru - Chennai Job description Role summary As a Product Analyst within Kearney Transformation Studio, you will support the deployment, configuration, and adoption of transformation tools and organizational analytics platforms (including PACT solutions) across client engagements. This is a hands-on implementation and analysis role, focused on supporting senior product leaders, mitigating key-person risk, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of platforms at scale. The role is not end-to-end product ownership, but a critical execution and enablement role within the product team. It focuses on delivering tools and platform ensuring rapid value creation and lasting transformation success well beyond execution. Key responsibilities Product implementation & deployment - Support end-to-end deployment of transformation and organizational analytics platforms across client engagements, including: - Platform setup and configuration - Data ingestion, validation, and quality checks - Go-live support and post-deployment stabilization - Work closely with senior product leads to translate client objectives, operating models, and data structures into effective platform configurations - Support onboarding, training, and handover of solutions to client teams or xMO/TMO resources - Ensure deployment documentation, checklists, and standards are followed consistently across engagements Data analysis & insight generation Analyze client and platform data to support: - Organizational diagnostics - Performance management and benefits tracking - Transformation progress reporting - Build and maintain client- and product-specific dashboards, reports, and analytical views - Support senior product leads in translating data outputs into clear, actionable insights for clients and engagement teams - Product development & platform improvement Support Product Managers and Product Owners by: - Translating client and deployment learnings into structured feedback - Testing new features and configurations - Validating outputs during release cycles - Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices - Help identify recurring client needs that could be standardized or scaled within the platform Client & engagement support - Support client workshops and working sessions focused on requirements clarification, data validation, and solution adoption - Act as a bridge between product, development, and client project teams during deployments - Support client demos, pilots, and proof-of-concept activities as needed Who you are After nearly 100 years, we know this business is fundamentally about making connections—between facts, insights, strategies, tools, technologies, and, above all, people.
