JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Breakfast Head Chef, you are responsible for the operational functions of the breakfast kitchen under the supervision of the Executive Chef. You also ensure that innovation and development are a continuous way of working in the restaurant kitchen, reflected in a high-quality food offering. You are confident in leading the kitchen and create a strong spirit of collaboration and positivity around you.
