JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Breakfast Head Chef, you are responsible for the operational functions of the breakfast kitchen under the supervision of the Executive Chef. You also ensure that innovation and development are a continuous way of working in the restaurant kitchen, reflected in a high-quality food offering. You are confident in leading the kitchen and create a strong spirit of collaboration and positivity around you.

This is a permanent position (112.5 h / 3 weeks), with the role starting in September 2025.

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef, including supervisory responsibilities and work in an à la carte kitchen
  • A true passion for both the food product and the complete breakfast experience – no detail is too small
  • You are a team player who brings people together to work toward a shared goal
  • Calmness and problem-solving skills even in fast-paced situations
  • A genuine desire to deliver the best possible customer service – at Kämp, the guest experience is at the heart of everything
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a full restaurant
  • Technology is a natural part of your daily work, not a challenge
  • You understand Finnish labor legislation as required for this role
