We are seeking a discreet, dedicated, and dynamic Team Leader to join our Sports & Entertainment Division team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will guide a team of elite agents, leveraging KW’s global resources and specialized branding to dominate this specialty market. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for driving team performance in a retail environment. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering a positive work environment. Your role will involve training and developing team members while managing the team and sales processes effectively. As a Keller Williams Sports & Entertainment Division Team Lead in Fort Worth, you will lead a team of division specialists, utilizing Keller William’s resources to expand market reach and close wealth-building transactions effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Texas Real Estate License.
• Experience working with high-profile or high-net-worth clients.
• Strong leadership, discretion, and exceptional communication.
• Proficient in elite client service, negotiation, and high-end branding.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage complex, confidentiality-driven transactions.
