As the Kellogg Integrated Work Systems (KIWS) Manager you will lead and deploy WK Kellogg Integrated Work Systems to build a Zero Loss mindset culture, enable 100% engagement and deliver Supply Chain Compelling Business Needs (CBN) results (i.e. Productivity, Service, Cost Avoidance, Cash Savings, Team Morale). Facilitating improvements and leading one of the Centers of Excellence for the Supply Chain. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Driving Supply Chain Excellence - Modeling the behaviors of KIWS towards delivering Supply Chain Excellence and a High Performing Organization. Deployment of KIWS Strategy aligned with the CBN (Compelling Business Needs). Support and driving Supply Chain Excellence, which includes Loss Identification and execution of Loss Elimination plans relevant to the COE losses. Kellogg Integr-r-reated Works System Site Leadership (KIWS) – Use the principles of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to ensure Process, Operational and ultimately Supply Chain Excellence. Coach critical systems, processes, and tools necessary to deliver Supply Chain Compelling Business Need (CBN) results, capability, and culture. End-to-End Value Stream Leadership – As an SME (Subject Matter Expert), you will work across the Supply Chain to identify value as defined from the internal and external customer’s perspective. In this role you will identify and eliminate Supply network losses (material and product flows, information, and inventory / cash flows) and apply standards to sustain improvements. Facilitating Across the Center – Partnering with other Center Element and Regional leads to lead critical enabling. Element leads take a key facilitation role across many of our sub-teams to tie the efforts and magnify the impact. Lead select COEs and the overall development of capability within the WK Kellogg Co Supply Chain / Manufacturing Sites. REQUIREMENTS Five years applicable work experience in a manufacturing environment. Three years coaching or technical supervisory/managerial experience. Precise knowledge and understanding of Continuous Improvement Systems, Total Progressive Maintenance and High Performing Organizations Can articulate and demonstrate ability to achieve business results through process improvements and integration with other Centers of Excellence Precise knowledge and understanding of Continuous Improvement Process Optimization (CIPO) Broad knowledge and understanding of Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Reliability Maintenance (RM), and Quality Food Safety (QFS) Centers of Excellence Strong technical workshop leadership and facilitation Can audit Teams and Model against standard for people and systems Ability to assess and renew COE strategies. Ability to coach employees at all levels of the organization. Effective data analytics and graphical analysis skill set Effective communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline and 5 years applicable work experience. 2 to 3 years technical supervisory/managerial experience. Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Salary Range: $117, 920 – 147,400 Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
