WHAT YOU'LL DO: Be a friendly and knowledgeable resource for every customer, answer customer questions, and make product recommendations Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs Share the responsibility of running the store with the manager Operate the cash register and use the computer for business tasks and product research Keep the store clean, tidy, and attractive by following merchandising standards WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver a positive experience Experienced Runner with a love of the sport and of the running community Part Time Store Assistant manager 20-30hrs/week. Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running, walking, and fitness environment Love of learning and ability to grasp new concepts and product knowledge quickly Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision Able to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written English Available weekdays and weekends!! Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will assist in daily store operations, including managing inventory, maintaining merchandising standards, and operating the cash register. They are responsible for providing expert product recommendations and delivering a positive, helpful experience to all customers.
