This includes repairs to various fixtures and fittings. Repairing and replacing tiles, flooring, and wall coverings. Fixing damaged shelving and furniture. Repairing or replacing windows, doors, and locks. Performing general painting and plaster repair work. Handling basic plumbing repairs and sealant replacements. Contributing to the overall upkeep of the hotel by identifying and addressing potential maintenance problems before they escalate. Qualifications A broad understanding of general maintenance practices is crucial. This includes familiarity with various repair techniques. Clear communication with guests and other staff members is essential. Previous experience in hotel maintenance is highly valued.
