We are a family owned and operated breeding kennel located just outside of Arthur Ontario.
We are hiring one part time position (approximately 15 hours per week) that will involve feeding our dogs and cleaning the kennels. Starting wage is $19.00/hour (with regular raise every 6 months).
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active work environment (on your feet for most of the day, cleaning, etc.), will enjoy and be comfortable working with large breed dogs, have excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and be extremely reliable with their schedule and transportation.
Shifts are 7:30AM-2:00PM and 2:30-6:00PM. Shifts will include weekdays and weekends.
Experience working with and caring for animals is strongly preferred. Must have reliable transportation to Arthur. This is a permanent year round position that will include some weekends and holidays.
