We are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who want consistent, meaningful work that directly impacts someone's quality of life. Why You'll Love Working With Us Predictable, Steady Hours: We schedule in consistent 4-hour blocks throughout the day. If your daytime hours are open, we will build a stable schedule around your availability. Most caregivers start at 15–20 hours a week and can easily grow from there. Real Financial Support: We offer $15–$18/hr (depending on experience/certifications), bi-weekly pay, mileage reimbursement between clients, and time-and-a-half on holidays. Plus, earn extra through our referral bonus program. Paid Training: CNA or PCA experience is great, but if you have a natural heart for caregiving and solid life experience, we will pay to train you.
