Description

Description As a Keno Shift Supervisor, you will supervise the daily keno operations and direct the staff in their duties. Requirements Supervise the daily keno operation. Schedule staff and train staff in keno operations. Handle any customer issues As needed, operate the Keno booth collecting Keno tickets and money from customers in exchange for a valid printed Keno ticket in an accurate and timely manner. As needed, run tickets to certain restaurants within the casino, collecting Keno tickets and returning with valid printed Keno tickets with the proper changes and or winnings. Make suggestions for improvements and work with the marketing department on promotions.

Responsibilities

The Keno Shift Supervisor will supervise daily keno operations and direct staff in their duties. They will also handle customer issues and operate the Keno booth as needed.
