Kent Lube Fast Oil Change Centers is seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our service delivery, you will be responsible for providing quick and efficient oil change services while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Individual must have managed direct reports, preferably in the quick lube industry.
• Individual must have a positive, friendly attitude, along with a Guest service mentality.
• Candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency/energy.
• Individual must possess the desire and ability to learn, as well as demonstrate personal responsibility.
• Individual must have the ability to successfully identify, develop and lead people.
• Individual must demonstrate a drive for results and possess an ownership mentality, as well as have the ability to successfully solve problems and make decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
