What you will do Position Summary Working within the brand management team, this role will be responsible for leading Shopper Activation for the Skin Health and Baby portfolio in Japan, as a critical core team member. This role will lead in-store communication development, in-store tool development and promotional packs, to ensure the successful delivery of business and distribution targets. The Shopper Activation candidate will have a deep understanding of our consumer base and brand strategy, to bring insight-driven plans to market, driving competitiveness in-store. This role will collaborate closely with the cross-functional team to drive excellence in execution. Role Duty & Responsibilities Lead planning and activation of in-store activations and campaigns in line with brand strategy Ensure consistent and impactful best-in-class brand communication across all in-store touchpoints, including the development of in-store communication, in-store POSM tools and promotional packs Analyze customer and shopper insight, to initiate new growth strategies and translate into consumer-led in-store activation. Including the development of customer strategy to deliver customer and consumer value Manage and proactively review execution metrics to ensure budgets are utilized at best efficiency of ROI Monitor and manage investment within the allotted budget Collaborate with and influence cross-functional and leadership teams to ensure best-in-class shopper first plans, with strong consistency to the overall marketing plan Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics, evaluating campaign and promotion effectiveness to drive continuous improvement Build strong cross‑functional, customer, and agency partnerships to ensure aligned, high‑quality delivery What we are looking for Related Experience & Behavior, Competency Bachelor’s degree and above Either minimum 5+ years of sales/marketing experience or minimum 3+ years of experience in trade/shopper marketing Experienced shopper activation candidate with a strong track record of performance FMCG experience preferred Experience developing in-store communications, in-store tools and promotional packs Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams Expertise and Skills Exceptional organizational and project management skills, executing with speed and high levels of efficiency Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally Daring Spirit: ignite courage, embrace curiosity and spark innovation to challenge the status quo Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to challenges Consumer-centric & agile mindset, with a strong sense of urgency Ability to merge creative thinking with analytical insights to design shopper-centric brand initiatives Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, shopper behavior analytics, and experiential brand activation techniques Experience in driving campaigns balancing brand integrity with shopper engagement objectives Passion for pushing creative boundaries in a fast-paced marketing environment Proactive and results driven Deep knowledge of Shopper, Industry, Competitors, Retailers and Wholesalers PC Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Tableau (Internal Data Source) Deep knowledge of Shopper, Industry, Competitors, Retailers and Wholesalers What’s in it for you Competitive Benefit Package* Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, & More!
