Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Kerala Cook with good knowledge of traditional Kerala cuisine to join our team in the Al Khan, Sharjah, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic Kerala-style breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner.
• Prepare breakfast items such as Dosa, Idly, Appam, Puttu, Poori, and other Kerala breakfast dishes.
• Prepare lunch items including Biriyani, Ghee Rice, Curries and side dishes.
• Prepare evening snacks such as Pazham Pori, Vada, and other Kerala snacks.
• Prepare traditional dishes such as Porotta, Chicken Curry, Beef Curry, Fish Curry, and other Kerala-style curries.
• Maintain good taste, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Handle food preparation and kitchen work efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Kerala Cook is preferred.
• Good hygiene, discipline, and a positive attitude.
• Candidates with their own valid UAE visa are also preferred.
