At the beginning of your employment, your workplace will be a hotel, with work carried out from Monday to Sunday, mainly in morning shifts. In this role, you will work at one of our customer sites and be responsible for cleaning hotel rooms and performing other cleaning-related customer service tasks.
We offer you a permanent, part-time position of 10 hours per week. The job will begin as soon as the right person is found. Salary is determined according to the collective agreement for the property services sector and depends on your duties. The trainee salary is €11.03/hour, after which it will range between €12.26–12.88/hour, depending on the role.
To succeed in this role, you need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work as a reliable and thorough team player. A customer-friendly approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere at work are essential qualities. Previous experience and/or training in cleaning is considered an advantage, but is not required.
Good Finnish language skills are not necessary if your English is fluent—in that case, basic Finnish is sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit when applying.
