KESAY SALES ASSOCIATE: FURNITURE SALES & DESIGN CONSULTANT

POSITION

Kesay Furniture Studio is seeking a Sales/Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a strong furniture and design sales background. Prior sales experience in the furniture industry and comprehensive product knowledge are essential for this role. Given the nature of this position, which involves supporting clients in furnishing their spaces, a background in design is highly preferred.
This role necessitates strong communication and design skills to deliver customized furniture solutions to customers for their homes, both in-store and online.

Job Details:

• 40 hours per week
• Day Shifts (10 am-6 pm) including one weekend shift

Our Sales/Design Associate:

• Possesses extensive design/furniture knowledge
• Engages with clients to understand furnishing needs and guide product selections
• Able to provide design input to customers to create an exceptional furniture shopping experience
• Meets or exceeds sales goals and objectives
• Maintains ongoing customer contact and communication for exceptional customer service

The Ideal Candidate:

• A design background is highly preferred
• 3+ years of sales experience in retail/furniture-related areas preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
