Job Description Summary : Cover account / outlet Key Account by evaluating and control spending so as to achieve the fulfillment of the target 100% and support the growth of business in Accounts handled. Job Description : 1. Program Execution & Monitoring Ensure all programs are executed effectively and in line with objectives Regularly monitor and evaluate program performance Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to align strategies and execution 2. Budget Planning & Control Develop and allocate budget spending for each assigned account Monitor and control account spending to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Create detailed spending breakdowns to prevent over-budget situations 3. Account Relationship Management Conduct regular visits to assigned outlets/accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders Respond promptly and effectively to account needs and requests 4. Communication & Coordination Maintain intensive and proactive communication with buyers Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned accounts Ensure alignment on promotions, programs, and business objectives Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or related roles (preferably in FMCG/Retail industry) Strong analytical skills with experience in budget planning and cost control Proven ability to manage relationships with key clients/buyers Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Willing to travel and visit outlets/accounts regularly "Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person" We are a leading, publicly-listed, global seed-to-shelf agribusiness committed to sustainable palm oil production.
