Work #LikeABosch Job Description Manage the day-to-day business relationship with customers. Drive sell-in growth and support sellout acceleration through promotions and visibility initiatives. Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and account development plans. AR & Collection Management Monitor customer outstanding balances and coordinate with Finance fortimely collections. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams for smooth order fulfillment. Handle PO tracking, pricing validation, promotional documentation, and rebate tracking. Coordinate implementation of displays, POSM, and promotional campaigns. Analyze sellout performance and recommend corrective actions. Prepare dashboards, reports, and account performance updates. Qualifications 5–8 years in Key Account Management, Retail Sales, or Modern Trade Industry Background Experience in home appliances, electronics, FMCG durable goods, or premium consumer brands preferred. Strong understanding of modern trade operations and negotiation. Comfortable with sell-in/sellout analysis, AR tracking, and forecasting.
