Job Description Manage and execute strategic marketing partnerships across different verticals Collaborate with the BD Team to develop offline & online channel growth strategies to acquire merchants Drive the end-to-end strategic business development initiatives - identifying the potential collaboration areas, formulating the partnership strategy, and ensuring the strategic commitments are fully optimized and delivered Generate insightful reports to measure performance across various partnership deals and continuously optimize upselling process with Payment Gateway & EDC Partners. Maintain accurate and updated Partnerships Trackers and manage weekly partnership KPIs. Supervise and interact closely with various teams. Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party both Payment Gateway and EDC partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success, preferrably in Payment Gateway or EDC industry Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa. Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable, and be focused on deliverables. Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). A self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team. Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and proactive, with a passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
