Description

We are part of a growing global logistics company based in Rugby that is involved in high end fashion and automotive distribution throughout the UK. We are seeking a Key Customer Account Coordinator to join our small team.
This position requires an experienced, enthusiastic applicant with a background in the logistics environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the warehouse and ensuring our key customers are receiving excellent service. Individuals will be required to work independently and solve problems creatively while maintaining excellent customer relations with other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Addressing and resolving key clients’ issues
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using WMS software
- Strong ability to understand client needs
- Leadership qualities and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
