We are looking for an experienced Key Account Contract Administrator to join our team based in our Kewdale office on a Permanent Full Time basis. This role will see you responsible for ensuring that the sales team can focus on selling while this position completes many of the administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will also include: Maintain monthly and quarterly reports for Key Account clients to align with contractual obligations Prepare quotes for customers Preparing credits Data interpretation Uploading of Portal documentation for key clients Completion of customer documentation as required Maintaining system data integrity by ensuring data is updated as required Cross referencing data across multiple systems Contribute to an environment that helps to develop the relationship and business flow between Operations, Key Accounts and Business Support functions It is expected that you will have skills and experience including: Business and Service Industry Knowledge (Preferred) Excellent attention to detail and mathematical skills Good knowledge and skills in Google Suite The ability to work well under pressure and with changing priorities Excellent organisation and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to deal with issues promptly and equitably Ability to work in a team and autonomously Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
