Job Purpose:
Drive the success of strategic customer relationships and contractual execution across Simera Sense Payload programmes by aligning technical, commercial, and delivery milestones through seamless internal and external coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, aligning with them on their contracts.
  • Coordinate bi-weekly and milestone meetings, ensuring agendas, documentation, and follow-ups are executed efficiently.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding product configurations, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.
  • Create, manage and maintain the account management processes, including but not limited to:
  • Customer Query Process
  • Contract Change Request Process
  • Contract Cancellations Process
  • Product Returns Process
  • Contract Reviews Process
  • Contract Onboarding Process
  • Contract Management Process
  • Manage and maintain customer-facing templates.
  • Track and update contractual shipping dates and milestones in Wrike and other internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with export control and documentation protocols, including EUU requirements.
  • Liaise with engineering, production, and legal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage GitLab access and documentation sharing for external stakeholders.
  • Support internal reporting and management-level updates by maintaining accurate contract status records.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns related to product specifications, documentation, and delivery logistics.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior leadership with proposed solutions and impact assessments.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Required Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management, key account management, or programme coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent accounts and deadlines in a high-stakes environment.
