We operate large warehouse centers across major U.S. cities including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, and New Jersey, with a total warehouse area of over 1.5 million square feet.
Due to business growth, we are hiring Key Account Coordinators to provide efficient, reliable service and daily support for our key clients. This role is responsible for coordinating client orders, billing, and transportation needs, resolving service issues, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related).
  • 0–3 years of client service, account coordination, or logistics/warehousing experience.
  • Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or SAP CRM systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of warehouse and logistics workflows.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office; data analysis/reporting skills preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Key Account Coordinator to provide daily support and service for our key clients. This role ensures that client needs in warehousing and logistics are met accurately and on time. You will act as the main point of contact, coordinating across multiple departments to handle orders, billing, transportation issues, and customer concerns—delivering a seamless service experience that strengthens client satisfaction and loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary contact for key clients, maintaining regular communication and ensuring timely solutions.
  • Order & Replenishment Handling – Manage the full order process (creation, modification, tracking) and handle replenishment and backorders to align inventory with demand.
  • System Operations – Operate WMS, ERP, or SAP CRM systems to enter, update, and monitor orders, inventory, billing, and shipping data.
  • Warehouse Process Coordination – Align client requirements with warehouse workflows including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Warehouse Operations, and other teams to ensure efficient execution.
  • Logistics Exception Handling – Monitor shipments and resolve delays, shortages, damages, and discrepancies with timely solutions.
  • Billing & Settlement – Handle billing inquiries, reconciliations, and exceptions to ensure accuracy.
  • Complaints & Claims – Address client complaints, coordinate claims, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Data & Reporting – Generate regular reports on orders, inventory, and service performance for clients and management.
  • Internal Support – Partner with on-site managers, tech support, and service teams to expedite urgent or special orders.
  • Continuous Improvement – Gather client feedback and propose process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
